9 Steps To Your Perfect Landscape
We’ve spent time creating a process designed to be an above and beyond experience. During the past few years that we’ve been in business, we have improved and enhanced each step. Our aim is to not only make your vision come to life but to redefine what remodeling means to you.
Below we’ve laid out the process of working with Incline Landscaping And Lawn Maintenance so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.
Step 1. Get In Touch With Us
If you’re ready to take the first steps in enhancing your landscape, fill out our contact form and send us some pictures. From here, we can get a good idea of your project and the upgrades you’re looking to accomplish.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
Once you submit the form, you’ll be able to schedule a phone consultation to talk more in-depth about your project. If we need more images or videos, we will request them at this time. We will discuss variables, cost, and the timeline for your project, and if needed, we’ll schedule our on-site consultation.
Step 3. On-Site Visit
During the on-site visit, we’ll take a walk with you around your house to take measurements, pictures & any needed notes. We’ll make sure we didn’t miss anything during the phone consultation, and gather everything we need to finalize the contract.
After we complete the on-site visit, we will finalize your quote and get that over to you.
Step 4. Getting Your Job On The Calendar & Signing the Contract
Your project is important to us. We will schedule your project for our earliest convenience and keep in touch with you until the start date.
Once we decide on a date, we will send you your finalized contract.
Step 5. Pre -Job Walkthrough
On the day of your project start, your dedicated Project Manager will do a pre-job walkthrough to make sure you have a great understanding of the project and confirm the scope of work.
Step 6. Addressing Possible Repairs
As we landscape your home, we might find unforeseen damage that typically goes unnoticed. We will document these repairs and let you know about any damage we find along the way.
We have skilled team members that can take care of the issues if you decide to fix them. This approach ensures the decision is in your hands and prevents hidden fees.
Step 7. Landscaping And Post Job Walk-Through
Once your space is transformed and enhanced, we will do a final walkthrough to reveal your finished project. If there is anything that needs tweaking, we will take care of it so that when we leave everything is stunning.
Step 8. Final Payment
After your landscaping job is complete, we will collect the remaining balance and let you enjoy your newly landscaped home.

Step 9. Welcome Home!
Finally, you get to enjoy your brand-new space. You’ll be able to make the most out of your property with your renovations and show off your upgraded landscape.
